At Robyns and Butterflies Preschool, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment. The most formative years in a child's life should be spent in an environment where they feel safe, loved, and encouraged. We teach your children skills that they will use for the rest of their lives, giving them the confidence they so desire.
OUR PROGRAMS
Class Structures
PRESCHOOL
AGES 2-3.5 YEARS
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00AM-12:00PM
This is their introduction to learning! It is vital to teach children that learning is fun, it's okay to get messy, and that they are capable of so much more than they even know. We focus on social skills, like sharing, reading our friend's emotions, and how to listen to an adult that isn't Mom or Dad. Throughout the year they will build useful skills such as cutting, glueing, and the alphabet.

PRE-K
AGES 3.5-5
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 8:00AM-12:00PM
Traditionally, year two of preschool is referred to as Pre-Kindergarten. This year is when we put more emphasis on learning school skills that they will use when they go to Kindergarten. Phonics, writing letters and numbers, and creative projects are just some of our daily lessons. Each child is very different in their learning abilities, so it is important to work at their pace and give them the individualized attention they need. While Ms. Robyn teaches a few students at a time, Ms. Amanda teaches Spanish, games, puzzles, and other activities in the playroom.
EXTENDED CARE
MWF 12-2
TTH 12-2
For those looking for more hours, we also offer Extended Care. This option is taught by the aide and has a maximum capacity of 6 students. During this time, there is extra recess, story time, song and dance, arts and crafts.
